Since 2015 Debra has been actively persuing her education in Légèreté . In June of 2015 Debra spent two years auditing the "School of Légèreté Instructors Course" under the instruction of Master Instructor Bertrand Ravoux For more information go to "Bertrand Ravoux Equitation". Debra has been training in open clinics under the instruction of Monsieur Ravoux with her Lipizzan gelding Favory Narissa. Debra also trains with Linda Kaye Hollingsworth-Jones of Willow Grove in Emmett, Idaho. Linda is the first Licensed Instructor for the "School Of Légèreté" In the United states. After years of competitive Dressage training, Debra became disillusioned when unable to get answers to questions regarding training methods that did not coincide with horse and human mechanics. In 2007 Debra discovered Philippe Karl through his book, "Twisted Truths of Modern Dressage." Within these pages she found the answers she was seeking. Debra has dedicated her life to the comprehensive education of horse and rider, in the Classical Methods of Ecole de Légèreté.
